(Des Moines) A long-time Hawkeye State basketball coach is being considered for the Hall of Fame. The candidates for the class of 2025 were released yesterday, and among them was Lisa Bluder. She spent six years coaching at Drake University and another 24 years coaching at the University of Iowa, where she was named Big 10 Coach of the Year three times. Bluder, from Marion, has the tenth most college basketball coaching wins in NCAA history.
