(Washington Co) Three people were killed and one other was injured in a two-vehicle accident in Washington County this (Monday) morning.
The Iowa State Patrol says the accident happened at 8:51 a.m. in the 1700 block of Highway 1. A 2002 Buick Park Avenue was traveling southbound and attempted to pass a snow plow that was also traveling southbound. The Buick crossed over the center line into the northbound lane and struck a 2013 Nissan Rogue.
No names have been released at this time.
