(Creston) Creston Police arrested six people over the weekend.
Police arrested 44-year-old Theresa Marie Marcione of Mount Ayr on Saturday, at 806 Laurel Street, for driving while barred, disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, Marijuana, 2nd offense, and assault. Officers transported Marcione to the Union County Jail. She was released on her own recognizance.
Creston Police arrested 47-year-old Han Mei of Creston at 302 N. Pine Street for domestic abuse assault. Authorities transported Mei to the Union County Jail and held her on no bond.
Creston Police arrested 46-year-old Lacey Lynn Fowler, of Creston, on Thursday at Birch and Prairie for Operating While Under the Influence, first Offense. Fowler was taken to Union County Jail and later released on a $1,000 bond.
Police arrested 22-year-old Daniel James Merrit, 22, of Creston, on Thursday, at Walnut and Montgomery, for OWI, 1st Offense. Merrit was taken to Union County Jail and released after posting the $1,000 bond.
Creston Police arrested 21-year-old Olivia Grace Hagen of Creston on Thursday at 302 N. Pine Street for OWI, 1st Offense. Authorities transported Hagen to the Union County Jail and released them on a $1,000 bond.
Creston Police arrested 19-year-old Jayson Lee Shimer of Creston on Thursday at his residence for 2nd-degree harassment-threatening bodily injury. Authorities released Shimer after he posted the $1,000 cash bond.
