(Creston) The Creston Police Department arrested 33-year-old William Alwynn Darius Bell, of Creston, on Tuesday for Failure to Appear, Harassment 1st Degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), and Kidnapping 1st Degree. Bell was taken to the Union County Jail. He was held on no bond until seen by a judge.
