(Red Oak, IA) — On Friday November 15, 20204 at about 6:12 pm, Officers of the Red Oak police department arrested 60 year old Robert Wade Abraham on the charges of Domestic Abuse Assault 2nd Offense and Obstruction of Emergency Communications. Abraham was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and is being held on no bond.
