(Greenfield) On Wednesday, at the Nodaway Valley School Board meeting, the board voted 3-2 to terminate School Superintendent Paul Croghan’s contract at the end of the current contract term.
The school district hired Mr. Croghan in June 2019 as a shared superintendent with the CAM School District, with Nodaway Valley holding the contract. The two districts currently share numerous staff and other administrative positions.
Before coming to Nodaway Valley and CAM, Paul Croghan served five years as Superintendent of Schools at the East Mills and Essex School Districts. He also served as the high school principal and athletic director of East Mills from 2010 to 2013 and as the Assistant High School Principal and AD at Atlantic and Walnut High School.
The CAM and Nodaway Valley School Boards are meeting jointly on Monday, November 18, at 5:00 p.m. at the Massena Elementary School Media Center to discuss the two districts’ sharing agreements moving forward.
