Michael John Tremayne, Age 33, Harlan, IA. Tremayne was arrested after a call for service. Tremayne was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Theft in the 1st degree.

Emma Jo Rossell, Age 20, Harlan, IA. Rossell was arrested after a traffic stop on 7th and Durant. Rossell was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Violation of No Contact Order, Driving while License Suspended, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a controlled substance, and Prohibited Acts.
