(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested 50 year old Shannon Ray Porter, of Red Oak, this (Wednesday) morning in the 400 block of N 7th Street on a charge of 5th Degree Theft. Porter was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $300 bond.
