Montgomery County Board of Supervisors Approve the Donation of a Portion of Clark Subdivision Road

(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Board of Supervisors approved the donation of Clark Subdivision Road to the County named 220th Street.

Jeremy Clark will be responsible for the aggregate portion of the road.

Clark has until June 1, 2025, to gravel this portion of the road. He says this will provide better access to the subdivision. Once the road is upgraded to specifications, the County will maintain this portion of 220th.

The Montgomery County Board of Supervisors will meet on Wednesday, November 6, at 8:30 a.m.
