(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 40-year-old Chandra Christine Baggett of Red Oak in the 200 block of 1st Avenue on a valid Montgomery County Warrant for 3rd–degree harassment. Officers transported Baggett to the Montgomery County Jail and held her on a $300.00 bond.
