(Mills Co) Two people were arrested on Arson charges in Mills County.
The Mills County Sheriff’s Office says 73-year-old James Edward Pontow, of Malvern, was arrested on October 17th for Arson 3rd. Bond was set at $2,000.
Lisa Marie Elliott, 48, of Malvern, was arrested on October 17th for Arson 3rd and Public Intoxication. Bond was set at $2,300.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested 29-year-old Corey James Wentz, of Council Bluffs, on October 17th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $5,000.
