(Adair Co) Three people were arrested on assault charges in Adair County.
The Adair Police Department and Iowa State Patrol were called to an assault at the Relax Inn Motel in Adair on the morning of October 19th. Following an investigation, 21-year-old Wilyer Jhoan Velasquez, of Chicago, Illinois, 20-year-old Johan Angel Ramirez, of Gary, Indiana, and 26-year-old Yonder Eduardo Sanoja Mosqueda, of Chicago, Illinois, were each taken into custody and held on $300 cash or surety bond.
In other activity, 27-year-old Dante D Ynoquio Chuqilin, of Hoffman Estates, Illinois, was arrested on October 15th for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 3rd or Subsequent Offense and Keeping Premises or Vehicle for Controlled Substance. The charges stem from a traffic stop near the 76 mile marker of I-80. He was held in the Adair County Jail on $7,000 cash or surety bond.
Kristin Nicole Ladd, 40, of Greenfield, was arrested on October 14th on three separate warrants for Driving While License Denied or Revoked, Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, and Operating While Under the Influence 1st Offense. Total bond was set at $7,000.
Nicholas Dave Allen, 62, of Des Moines, was arrested on October 14th on a warrant for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety.
Jeffery Dewane Ott, 30, of Des Moines, was arrested on October 14th for Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order – Contempt. Bond was set at $300 cash or surety.
Ronald Joseph Schaecher, 58, of Greenfield, was arrested on October 14th for Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order – Contempt. Bond was set at $300 cash or surety.
