(Creston) The Creston Police Department arrested 24-year-old Dagon Michael Cooper, of Grant City, Missouri, this morning for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana 1st Offense. Cooper was taken to the Union County Jail. Bail in the amount of $1,300 cash or surety was posted.
