9/01/2024
Anthony Michael Bennett, Age 33, Harlan, IA. Bennett was arrested and transported to the Shelby County Jail on an active Shelby County Warrant. Bennett was charged with Interference with Official acts, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd offense.
9/02/2024 – Charged with Interference with Official Acts.
9/09/2024- Charged with Assault on Persons in Certain Occupation, and Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree.
