(Audubon Co) The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office reports 30-year-old George Stom, of Council Bluffs, was summoned into court on Friday on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st. Stom will appear before the magistrate at a later date. The charge stems from a traffic stop in the area of Highway 71 and 335th Street.
In other activity, 53-year-old Thomas Strathman, of Brayton, was arrested on September 15th for Operating While Intoxicated 1st, Open Container, Driving While License Suspended and several traffic citations. Strathman was released on his own recognizance and will appear before the magistrate at a later date.
