(Atlantic) Camblin Mechanical made a $5,000 donation to the Atlantic Police Department for a School Resource Officer.
Atlantic Police Chief Devin Hogue said they are in the process of trying to add a School Resource Officer position to the Department and they are working on getting donations and community support for the equipment they will need for that added position.
Randy Watts of Camblin Mechanical said this is an important program.
Chief Hogue said this is kind of the kick off to the donations and to get this program going and he thanked Camblin Mechanical for stepping up.
