(Creston) Creston Police report five-weekend arrests.
On Friday, Police arrested 59-year-old Melody Ann Miller of Creston at 302 N Pine Street on charges of Animal Neglect w/Serious Injury or Death. Miller was taken to the Union County Jail and released after posting the $2,300 bond.
On Saturday, Creston Police arrested 34-year-old Brice Allen Maxwell, of Creston, at 509 N Maple St., on a Union County Warrant of Criminal Mischief 3rd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Maxwell was taken to the Union County Jail, where he is being held on a bond of $2,000.
On Sunday, Police arrested 60-year-old Nickie Rae Stovie of Creston at 300 N Maple Street for violating a No-Contact/Protective Order, Theft of 5th, and Disorderly Conduct. Stovie was taken to the Union County Jail and held on a $900 bond.
On Sunday, Creston Police arrested 19-year-old Erick Antonio Fuentes Chavez, of Lomita, California, on a Union County Warrant for OWI – 1st Offense Marijuana, as well as Possession of controlled substance Marijuana 1st. Chavez was taken to the Union County Jail and released on a $2,000 bond.
On Monday, Creston Police arrested 22-year-old Christopher Gage Selvy of Creston for driving with a revoked license. Police cited and released Selvy on a promise to appear.
