(Creston) Creston Police on Wednesday arrested 29-year-old Taylor Dawn Fleming of Creston at 302 N. Pine Street for OWI, 1st offense. Officers transported Fleming to the Union County Jail. Fleming posted the $1,000 cash bond and was released.
