(Red Oak) Montgomery County Deputies transported 48-year-old Mandy Perry of Carroll from the Carroll County Jail to Montgomery County on two counts of possession of a controlled substance violation (methamphetamine). Authorities held Perry on a $10,000 bond.
In a separate case, Montgomery County Deputies arrested 57-year-old Rex McDermott of Elk Horn on Thursday evening at the Cass County Jail on several warrants. Authorities transported McDermott to the Montgomery County Jail on charges of Failure to Appear on the original charges of 2nd-degree theft, FTA on a charge of 2nd-degree criminal mischief, and three counts of displaying a dangerous weapon. McDermott is held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
