(Red Oak) A Red Oak man was arrested on five warrants and one additional charge.
The Red Oak Police Department says 34-year-old Dylan Thomas Griffeth was arrested Tuesday afternoon in the 300 block of East Market Street. Griffeth’s warrants are for two counts of Violation of Probation with each bond set at $10,000 cash only; Domestic Abuse Assault 3rd Offense with bond set at $5,000 cash; Harassment 3rd Degree with bond set at $300, and Violation of a No Contact Order with bond set at $300. Griffeth was also charged with Interference with Official Acts with bond set at $300.
During the incident, 26-year-old Abigail Jean Kates, of Red Oak, was placed under arrest for Violation of a No Contact Order, Interference with Official Acts, and Accessory after the Fact. Kates’ bond was set at $300.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Fourth Judicial District Parole Office also assisted in the arrests.
