(Marshall County) A 17-year-old male was killed in an ATV crash in rural Marshall County on Tuesday afternoon.
The Iowa State Patrol says the accident happened around 2:29 p.m. on 320th Street and Canfield Avenue.
According to the report, the ATV driven by the 17-year-old from Rhodes, Iowa, collided head-on with a pickup truck. The teen, who was found unconscious at the scene, was transported to a Marshalltown hospital, where he later died from his injuries. The pickup truck driver, 40-year-old Jeremy Guckert, was not injured.
