(Creston) Creston Police reports one arrest for assault and a theft incident.
Creston Police arrested 46-year-old Ryan Michael Harris of Newton, Missouri, at 1501 N. Lincoln Street on an assault charge. Officers transported Harris to the Union County Jail and held him on a $300.00 cash bond.
Diane Lynn Poore of 106 S. Sumner Street in Creston reported a missing scooter. It is described as a Ninebot Kickscooter Max Model G30p. The scooter is black with gold trim around the wheels. The loss is estimated at $900.00.
