(Creston) The Creston Police Department reports three arrests over the weekend.
On Friday, Police arrested 22-year-old Daniel Lee McDowell of Creston at 302 n. Pine Street on a warrant for violation of Probation and Burglary 3rd. McDowell was taken to the Union County Jail where he is currently being held on no bond until seen by judge.
On Saturday, Police arrested 30-year-old Tania Patricia Hernandez of Creston for Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication. Hernandez was taken to the Union County Jail. He was released after posting the $600 bond.
On Saturday, Creston Police arrested 31-year-old Rogelio Olivera-Martinez of Creston for violating a court order and two Union County Warrants. The first Warrant for Public Intoxication and Interference with official acts. The second Warrant for Burglary 1st, Domestic abuse assault 1st, and Criminal Mischief 4th. Martinez was taken to the Union County Jail, where he is currently held on no bond until seen by a judge.
