Back to the Ballfields Event in Atlantic set for August 31st

(Atlantic) Back to the Ballfields will be held at the Atlantic Sports Complex on August 31^st.

Devin Hogue said this event started last year after the fireworks got rained out on the 4^th of July. He said the first event went extremely well, so now they plan to make this an annual event.

This event is free to the public. The only extra cost will be the beverages and food.

Kids events will take place from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.; Happy Endings will play from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.; the Beer Garden and Food Trucks will run from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.; and Fireworks will start shortly after 9:00 p.m.
