(Guthrie Center) The Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office charged a Boone County man with OWI and Failure to Maintain Control as a result of a single-vehicle crash early this (August 14) morning in Guthrie County.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, 19-year-old Kolby William Fogarty of Madrid was driving a 2008 Nissan Titan westbound on Highway 44, swerved to miss a deer, entered the north ditch, and rolled, coming to rest on its wheels.
The vehicle sustained $15,000 in damage.
