(Creston) On Tuesday, Creston Police report three arrests and one incident report.
*Police arrested 56-year-old Jeffrey John Lusk of Creston at 302 N. Pine Street for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Marijuana, 1st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance Other Schedule Class 1 Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Methamphetamine 1st Offense. Officers transported Lusk to the Union County Jail and held him on a $3,000 cash bond.
*Creston Police arrested 22-year-old Jazmine Kimberly Louise Stow of Creston at 507 S. Vine Street for having an Animal at large. Authorities cited and released her on a Promise to Appear.
*Police arrested 24-year-old Erik Alberto Garza of Creston at Russell and Sumner for Driving While Suspended. Officers cited and released him on a Promise to Appear.
*John David Adair of Clearfield reported to the Police someone stole items from side by side at 806 Laurel Street between 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. The missing items are described as yellow and green tow straps and a receiver hitch with a two-inch ball. The loss is estimated at $60.00.
