(Creston) A Shenandoah woman was injured in a moped accident in Creston Sunday evening.
The Creston Police Department says 29-year-old Taylor Fleming was driving the moped north on McKinley Street and turned onto Kirby Street, went over the curb, into a yard, and then into a driveway where the moped struck a 2015 Buick Enclave.
Fleming was transported to the Greater Regional Hospital by EMS. Officers interviewed Fleming, who stated she had been drinking. Officers wrote a blood draw warrant and served it that night.
