Creston Police Report Three Arrests

(Creston) Creston Police reported three arrests this morning ranging from failing to appear in court to disorderly conduct and an alcohol-related charge.

Police arrested 28-year-old Joshua James Jost of Creston for failing to appear at his residence. Authorities transported Jost to the Adair County Jail and held on no bond until a Magistrate Judge could see him.

Officers arrested 26-year-old Isaac Wayne Hayes of Creston at his residence and charged him with disorderly conduct. Police transported Hayes to the Union County Jail and held him on a $300 cash bond.

Police arrested 31-year-old Paige Nicole Ruggle of Creston for Public Intoxication. Authorities transported her to the Adams County Jail.
