(Creston) A Creston, Iowa man faces seven counts of 5th-degree theft. Police arrested 33-year-old Brice Allen Maxwell at his residence on Monday. Authorities transported Maxwell to the Union County Jail and held him on a $2,100.00 cash bond.
In a separate incident, Police arrested 38-year-old Daniel Buck Busenbarrick of Creston on Tuesday at 302 N. Pine Street for violating a no-contact/protective order. Officers transported Busenbarrick to the Union County Jail and held him on no bond until a Magistrate Judge could see him.
