(Creston) Creston Police report two arrests on Sunday.
Police arrested 43-year-old Robert Benjamin Girard at Division and Lucas Street for 5th-degree theft, possession of a controlled substance under $300, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers transported Girard to the Union County Jail on a Union County Jail on a $600 bond.
Creston Police arrested 35-year-old Kyler Ray Wiece of Salt Lake City, Utah, at the Law Enforcement Center on two Union County warrants for failure to appear on a Public Intoxication charge and a warrant for possession of a controlled substance, Marijuana 1st offense. Authorities were transported to the Union County Jail and held on no bond until seen by a magistrate judge.
