(Council Bluffs) The Council Bluffs Police Department identified the driver who died following a motorcycle accident Saturday afternoon as 38-year-old Rodney Worley, of Council Bluffs.
The accident occurred at S 17th Street and 2nd Avenue in Council Bluffs at approximately 3:04 p.m. Saturday. According to the report, Worley struck the passenger side of a truck, driven by 39-year-old Todd Hays of Council Bluffs. Worley was transported to UNMC where he passed away from the injuries he sustained from the accident.
This incident is still be investigated by the Council Bluffs Police Traffic Unit. At the time of this report it is unknown if drugs or alcohol were a factor to this incident.
