(Montgomery Co) The Montgomery County Fair is wrapping up today.
The 4-H/FFA Beef Show begins at 8:00 a.m., the Baby Contest is at 9:00 a.m., Supreme Showmanship is at 12:00 p.m., Judging of the Baked Apple Pie Contest will take place from 12:30 to 1:00 p.m. with a free pie/ice cream social at the Fairgrounds Auditorium from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.. The Livestock Auction is at 2:15 p.m. The Nite Rider Band will play from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. The Demolition Derby begins at 7:30 p.m.
Throughout the day you can enjoy the Meyer’s Petting Zoo, Kid’s Zone, Kiddie Train, Critter Close-Ups, and Chainsaw Artist (Auction of Chain Saw Carvings at 2:00 p.m.), Balloon Creations and Magic Show, Caricature Artists.
