Adair County Arrest Report

(Adair Co) The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested Miguel Pena-Mendez, 20, of West Des Moines, on June 30^th for OWI 2^nd Offense and Driving While License Denied/Revoked. Pena-Mendez was held on $3,000 cash or surety bond.

Austin Wayne Harrison, 30, of Stuart, was arrested July 1^st for Violation of Probation. Harrison was held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.

Melissa Kay McClellan, 33, of Altoona, was arrested July 1^st for Harassment 3^rd Degree. McClellan was held on $500 cash or surety bond.

Scotty Allen Zigler, 38, of Adair, was cited and released on July 3^rd for Driving While Barred and Trespass 1^st Offense.

The Adair Police Department arrested David Mark Leesley, 52, of Cedar Rapids, on July 5^th for Public Intoxication. Leesley plead guilty and was sentenced to time served.
