(Adair Co) The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22-year-old Igor Stoyan, of Lincoln, Nebraska, on Friday for OWI 1st Offense. Bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety.
The Sheriff’s Office arrested 71-year-old Dennis Devee Buckner, of Fontanelle, on Thursday for Harassment 3rd Degree. Buckner allegedly made comments to a minor female about it being his birthday and asked her if she was going to give him a present, stating “she was just the right age”. Bond was set at $300 cash or surety.
