Montgomery County Man Faces Assault and Vandalism Charges

(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department reports the arrest of 41-year-old Michael Duwayne Cobb of Red Oak for an assault and vandalism in the presence of a child.

Police responded to 211 E. Elm Street and, following a brief investigation, arrested Cobb for:

*Assault causing bodily injury.
*Going Armed with Intent
*4th Degree Criminal Mischief

Officers transported Cobb to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $5,000 bond.
