(Creston) The Creston Police Department reports nine recent arrests.
Jill Delores Lozano, 50, of Colorado, was arrested Friday on a Wapello County warrant for Forgery and Unauthorized use of Credit Card under $1,500. Lozano was taken to the Union County Jail and transported to the Clarke County Jail to await extradition to Wapello County. Bond was set at $5,000 cash or surety.
Jose Antonio Garza, 53, of Ottumwa, was cited on Friday for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving While Revoked. Garza was also arrested on a Wapello County warrant for Unauthorized use of Credit Card under $1,500. Garza was taken to the Union County Jail and then transported to the Clarke County Jail to await extradition to Wapello County. Bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety.
Jeremiah Lee Whitney, 23, was cited and released on a Promise to Appear on Friday for Driving While Barred.
Nicole Adrienne Siders, 39, was arrested Saturday for OWI 1st Offense. Siders was taken to the Union County Jail and later released on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
Brady Gale Richert, 45, was arrested Saturday for Consuming Alcoholic Beverage in Public Place 1st Offense. Richert was taken to the Union County Jail and later released on $300 cash or surety bond.
Kelsey Nicole Moore, 31, of Orient, was arrested Sunday for OWI 1st Offense. Moore was taken to the Union County Jail where she was later released on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
Keifird Kewaun Griffith, 25, of Mississippi, was arrested at 4:13 a.m. Sunday for Consuming an Alcoholic Beverage in Public Place 1st Offense, Harassment 2nd Degree – Threaten Bodily Injury, Disorderly Conduct – Fighting/Violent Behavior, and Assault with Intent to Cause Pain/Injury. Griffith was taken to the Union County Jail where he was held on on $1,900 cash or surety bond. Griffith was arrested again at 4:43 p.m. on Sunday for Disorderly Conduct – Loud Raucous Noise. Griffith was taken to the Union County Jail where he was later released on $300 cash or surety bond.
Robert Curtis Murphy, 33, was cited and released early this (Monday) morning for Driving While Suspended.
Jack Alan Butler, 18, was arrested early this morning for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Butler was taken to the Union County Jail where he was held on $1,300 cash or surety bond.
