(Creston) The Creston Police Department reports two arrests: one for attempted burglary and the other for a drug-related charge.
Police arrested 38-year-old Jonathan Chandler of Creston at Lucas and S. Cherry for attempted burglary, 3rd, and public intoxication. Officers transported Chandler to the Union County Jail and held him on a $2,300 bond.
Additionally, Creston Police arrested 30-year-old Brandon Scott Lawrence of Creston at 509 Maple Street for possession of drug paraphernalia. Authorities cited and released Lawrence on a promise to appear.
