(Adair Co) An Adair Woman was arrested for Assault with Bodily Injury and Interference with Official Acts. The Adair County Sheriff’s Office says the charges against 40-year-old Lindsay Lee Hommes stem from an incident on June 11th when authorities were called to the Subway restaurant for a fight in progress. Hommes was held on $1,000 cash only bond.
In other activity, Dereck Lorenzo Mitchell Elliott, 28, of Stuart, was arrested June 14th for Driving While License Denied/Revoked – OWI. Bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety.
Anthony Arnold Anderson, 20, was cited and released on June 12th for Driving While License Denied/Revoked – OWI.
Joshua James Jost, 28, of Creston, was cited and released on June 14th for Driving While Barred.
