(Corning) The Adams County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man on Tuesday on drug possession charges.
According to the press release, deputies responded to a call of an intoxicated man. Upon arrival, they found 58-year-old Timothy Jay Blank visibly under the influence of a controlled substance. A Deputy deployed a newly acquired K-9 Midge, resulting in a positive alert on the vehicle. Subsequently, deputies arrested Blank for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, 2nd offense, and public intoxication.
