(Glenwood) A Nebraska man faces multiple charges following his arrest on Tuesday.
*Deputies arrested 28-Jose Montes-Rogero of Bellevue, Nebraska, on four counts of abandon and neglect of a dependent person, OWI 1st offense, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication, failure to provide proof of financial liability, open container, and permitting an unauthorized person to drive, failure to use a restraint device, and failure to maintain control. Deputies transported Montes-Rogero to the Mills County Jail and held him on a $10,000 bond.
*In a separate case on Tuesday, Deputies arrested 32-year-old Nicholas James Gragg of Mlavern for domestic abuse assault, child endangerment, and interference with official acts. Authorities held him on no bond.
*On Monday, Mills County Deputies arrested 18-year-old Jasmine Ameliana Cadena of Glenwood for violating a no-contact order. Authorities held her on a $300.00 bond.
