(Creston) Creston Police arrested three people on separate charges on Tuesday and early Wednesday morning. The charges vary from Violation of a no-contract order to arrest warrants and an alcohol-related offense.
On Tuesday:
*Creston Police arrested 18-year-old John Jeremy Scarpello of Creston at his residence for violating a no-contact/protective order. Officers transported Scarpello to the Union County Jail, where he is being held on no bond until a magistrate judge can see him.
*Creston Police arrested 20-year-old Jordyn Marie Gonzales of Creston at the Union County Law Enforcement Center. Authorities arrested her on two Union County Warrants for Failure to Appear for Operating Under the Influence, 1st Offense, and one count for Failure to Appear on five counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Gonzales posted the $2,200 bond and was released from jail.
On Wednesday:
*Creston Police arrested 58-year-old Melody Ann Miller at the intersection of Howard and Spruce. Miller was charged with OWI first. She was taken to the Union County Jail, where she was later released on a $1000 cash or surety bond.
