(Glenwood, IA) – The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reported five arrests over the course of June 6th to June 10th.
On June 6th at 3:45 p.m., 25-year-old Caleb Michael Solari of Corning, Iowa, was arrested on a Warrant for FTA of a Probation Violation. The bond was set at $2,500.
On June 8th at 4:45 a.m., 43-year-old Barbara Rose Riley was arrested on I-29 for Driving While Barred. The bond was set at $2,000.
On June 9th at 7:05 p.m., 63-year-old Jacob Benny Garcia of Council Bluffs, Iowa was arrested on a Warrant for Insurance Fraud. The bond was set at $5,000. Following that arrest, Mills County Officers arrested 22-year-old Tabitha Rae Brayman of Council Bluffs at 7:28 p.m. for two accounts of a Warrant for Criminal Mischief 4th and Violation of Probation. Her bond was set at $3,000.
On June 10th at 8:36 a.m., 18-year-old Jasmine Ameliana of Glenwood, Iowa was arrested on two accounts of a Warrant for Violation of a No Contact Order and Violation of Probation. Ameliana’s bond was set at $1,300.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
