Creston Police Report 7 Arrests

(Creston) Creston Police were busy over the weekend. Officers reported seven arrests ranging from OWI, Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and Possession of Methamphetamine.

June 7

*Darren McCay Wilker, 30, 102 S Spruce, was arrested at the Creston Union County LEC.  Wilker was charged on a Department of Corrections Warrant for 2 counts of Violation of Probation, with the original charge of Domestic Abuse Assault.  Wilker was taken to the Union County Jail, later released on $600 cash or surety bond.

*Samantha Lynn Hays, 39, 1303 N Elm, was arrested in the 200 block N Sycamore.  Hays was charged with OWI 3^rd or Subsequent Offense.  Hays was taken to the Union County Jail and then transferred to the Adams County Jail.  Hays was later released on $5000 cash or surety bond.

June 8

*Wesley Gene Keeler Jr, 36, 807 W Summit, was arrested at 302 N Vine.  Keeler was charged on a Union County Warrant for Domestic Abuse Assault Impeding Air/Blood Flow, causing Bodily Injury, and False Imprisonment.  Keeler was taken to the Union County Jail and later released on $6000 cash or surety.

*William Joseph Wulff, 24, 416 New York Av, was arrested at the Creston Union County LEC.  Wulff was charged with OWI 1^st Offense.  Wulff was taken to the Union County Jail where he was later released on $1000 cash or surety bond.

June 9

*Storm Julian Spencer, 30, 214 Myrtle was arrested at the intersection of Elm and Union.  Spencer was charged with Disorderly Conduct-Fighting/Violent Behavior and Public Intoxication.  Spencer was taken to the Union County Jail where he was later released on $600 cash or surety bond.

*Timothy Daniel Williams, 50, 610 W Montgomery was arrested at the intersection of Adams and Oak.  Williams was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Marijuana 1^st, Public Intoxication, and Disorderly Conduct-Fighting/Violent Behavior.  Williams was taken to the Union County Jail and later released on $1600 cash or surety bond.

*Kevin Wayne Rauch, 39, 503 E Irving was arrested at the Creston Union County LEC.  Rauch was charged with False Reports-911 Call, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine 1^st Offense.  Rauch was taken to the Union County Jail where he is being held on $1600 cash or surety bond.
