(Creston) Creston Police reported the arrest of 31-year-old Jesus Osmany Ramos Berrelleza, of Creston, on Thursday at his residence. Police transported Berrelleza to the Union County Jail on charges of unauthorized credit card use. Authorities held him on a $2,000 bond.
