Ramsey recognizes that housing is a big need in southwest Iowa.
Ramsey said they hope to break ground on their first project this fall.
Established in 2020, the Stanton Community Foundation has actively participated in several community-enhancing initiatives including: fundraising in partnership with the Stanton Child Resource Center Board for the Stanton Child Resource Center in the new Lakin Foundation Stanton Child Resource Center Building, development of the Stanton Technology Park in partnership with the Stanton Area Industrial Foundation as well as trail expansion projects and downtown façade renovation in partnership with the City of Stanton.
