(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is reporting the arrest of a Red Oak man on multiple counts of assault.
Deputies arrested 32-year-old Justin L. Marsden on Tuesday on three counts of assault on a person in certain occupations following an assault on multiple law enforcement personnel at 106 W. Coolbaugh Street in Red Oak.
Authorities transported Marsden to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on no bond.
The Red Oak Police Department and the Iowa State Patrol assisted the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
