(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested 32-year-old Caleb Allen Arnold, of Red Oak, on Friday for Domestic Abuse Assault – Bodily Injury 1st Offense and False Imprisonment. Arnold was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on no bond pending an appearance.
