Creston Police Report

(Creston) The Creston Police Department arrested Patrick Riley Iiams, 30, on Monday on a Union County warrant for Domestic Abuse Assault – Injury or Mental Illness 1^st Offense with a bond of $2,000 cash only, and a Department of Corrections warrant for Violation of Probation – OWI 1^st. Iiams was held in the Union County Jail on no bond.

Megan Marie Brown, 43, of Lorimor, was arrested Monday on a Union County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1^st Offense and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) 1^st Offense, and on a warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Brown was taken to the Union County Jail where she was later released on $2,300 cash or surety bond.

Jeffrey Lynn Bandow, 67, was arrested Monday on a Union County warrant for Failure to Appear – Operate without Interlock and on a warrant for Failure to Appear – Operating While Under the Influence 3^rd Offense and Driving While License is Denied or Revoked. Bandow was taken to the Union County Jail where he was held on $5,300 cash only bond.

Brandon Hurshel Whitfield, 37, was cited and released on Monday for Driving While Suspended.
