(Mount Ayr) The CAM boy’s golf team is advancing to district play. The Cougars finished second in the 1A Sectional at the Mount Ayr Golf and Country Club on Wednesday. Mount won the team title with a 341, CAM shot 347, while Griswold finished with a 419.
Chase Jahde led the Cougars with a 75. Bradyn Bohnsack shot, 88, Coby Venteicher, 90, Braxton Dennis, 94, Madden Cary, 98, and Austin Eblen, finished with a 98.
Hogan Hook, of Griswold fired an 88, finished eighth, and advanced to districts.
