(Red Oak) Montgomery County Deputies arrested two women on Saturday on theft charges. Authorities charged 23-year-old Hannah Marie Leigh and 19-year-old Hallie Nevaeh Straw, both from Villisca, with 5th-degree theft. Deputies transported them to the Montgomery County Jail and held them on a $300 bond.
